Kate Monagle
Kate received her BS from Cornell University and graduated Seton Hall Law, where she was an editor for the Constitutional Law Journal. She clerked for the Honorable Marilyn Rhyne Herr, JSC. Most of her career has been spent handling defense matters for Allstate Insurance Company where she rose to Senior Trial Attorney. She has been a litigator for over 16 years focusing her entire legal career on helping people and entities through the most difficult times in their lives. She has significant experience handling complex and high conflict matters in family law, arbitration, insurance law, and all types of civil litigation.
